The Easiest And Only Way To Increase Height.
Whenever we think and talk about height of a person the only reason that it come into our mind is genetics.
We think that height is only dependent upon our genes. But, that's not true there are many factors that contribute in our height and they are actually more important then ever genes.
If your parents are not that tall or any other member of family and relative is not tall.
Then still there is possibility of you becoming the tallest person in your whole family.
Today we are going to discuss some more important things that contribute in our height apart from genetics.
If you think that genetics is the most important and only factor that contribute in our height then you are absolutely wrong.
Our genetics only play around 60 to 80% of our maximum potential height and the rest is dependent upon you, It means around 20 to 40 percent of your height depends upon the following factors:
1) Environment
2) Diet
3) Sleep
4) Exercise
These are some of the main things.
Let's discuss each one of them one by one
1) Environment
Environment is the most important factor that contribute in your height after your genetics. The way your environment is the way you are. If you are environment is great then you will surely taller than the average height. But if it isn't then and here are some things you can do about it.
Stay away from stress:
Stress is considered as the enemy of your health. It not only affect your mental health but also your physical health it means it also affect your height.
When you are in stress your brain will get confused and start malfunctioning and then it releases the stress hormones which block the release of dopamine, serotonin, and growth hormone which is responsible for height. So the point is don't take stress it not only affect your height but also your mental health.
Avoid caffeine:
Caffeine is one of the growth stunting products it effects the quality of your sleep and thus your growth hormone activity in your brain.
When you sleep your brain releases growth hormone but only when you are sleeping. Caffeine affect your sleep by waking you up and not letting you sleep. If you drink 4 cups of caffeine in day then after sleeping your brain will wake you up in the middle of your sleep
which will affect the release of growth hormone cause it will only release itself when you are in deep sleep.
Avoid smoking:
If you smoke then please quit because if you are serious about increasing your height then this is worse than caffeine.
Researches have shown that children who smoke are always shorter than those who don't. but if you don't smoke then stay away from people who smoke in your family and your friends group because it will effect the same as smoking.
Now let's talk about the second factor after our environment in our hight.
2) Diet:
If you want to grow taller then you have to eat right it is is equally as important as environment exercise and sleep.
Have you ever wonder why people in gym are always taller than the average because they eat protein, vegetables and fruits.
The eat these things for building muscles but they also increase their height and unconsciously.
People thought that they do exercise that's why they are tall, but dancer is no that all because of their diet.
Now, let's talk about Third factor.
3) Sleep
Remember that line 'your brain releases growth hormone only when you are sleeping'.
That's right sleeping 8 hours daily at night without consuming growth-stunting products can help you have a massive difference in your height.
But in my opinion slip should be the most important factor in your height because even if you are not smoking or taking a healthy diet but if you don't sleep you will not grow.
Remember this, you grow only when you are sleeping.
4) Exercise
Now in the last exercise, another important factor.
When you exercise your body increases the level of growth hormone in your body to recover the broken tissues and microfractures in your bones and if you are between 5 to 18 years do 60 minutes exercise everyday regularly with consistency.
Now these were the most important factors that contribute in your exercise after your genetics if you follow the given suggestions you will surely increase your height at any age.
