1). Blinking for a whole minute is great exercise to increase blood flow in your eye nerves.
if you don't blink your eyes it will make them dry and it will result in weakness in vision.
2). Look to the right and left while keeping your head straight.
Do this exercise slow and move your pupils from left to right slowly.
Doing this exercise fast can result in pain.
3). Rotate your head but focus at one point for a minute is a great exercise to improve eyesight at any age.
It requires you to focus on one point for a minute while rotating your head up, down, left and right.
Foods For Eyesight
With exercises there are some food which can help you to improve your eyesight. when combined together they can help as a miracle.
1). Fish:
Fishes Salmon, tuna, sardines and mackerel are rich in omega 3 fatty acids
which protect your eyes from getting dry and improve muscular function around the eye which improves the blood flow.
2). Citrus Fruits And Berries:
Citrus fruits like oranges, lemon and berry Indian gooseberry are some of the great
source of vitaminC which helps in getting clear eyesight and reduce the risk of cataracts.
3). Colourful Fruits And Vegetables:
They not only help in eyesight they also improve your skin colour and promote hair growth.

4). Eggs:
Eggs are contained with vitamin A which protect against night blindness.
5). Nuts:
That's like almonds, walnuts and pistachios are rich in omega-3 life fishes.
6). Green Leafy Vegetables:
Kale, spinach or other green vegetables contain important pigments that can surely help your eyes.

Eyes are Important, we all know that you can't read this blog without eyes.
So with the above tips I want to give you some advice. Don't Expose yourself in front of screen too much. Wear blue lens glasses and wash your eyes daily.
These tips are equally important because they can save your eyes from exposure in pollution, blue lights from screen and dirt which can easily make your eyes dry which will result in loss of vision.
