How To Deactivate Instagram Account Temporarily

First open Instagram tap to your profile icon now tap to menu icon then after the menu open up look at the base of menu where you'll see settings tap on settings.
After opening up settings you will see a lot of options don't get confused just have to help then on help centre.
After loading you'll see a page where the talk heading is Instagram then you will see 5 options.
1) using Instagram
2) manage your account
3) login & troubleshooting
4) privacy and safety
5) Instagram for business
Now you have to choose (manage your account). After that tap on (delete your account) from the next four options.
Then you will get three questions on screen you have to tap on how do I temporarily disable my account?
then you have to log in Instagram from browser by clicking the link given in the first point of the answer page.
Then after logging in from browser type on profile icon and then choose edit profile then at the base of the added profile you have to choose temporarily disable my account. 
Then give the reason why are you disabling your account?
And then type your password
After that use temporarily disable my account written at the bottom of the page.
Then choose Yes if you want to to temporarily disable your account.
Now your Instagram account is Temporarily disabled and if you want to reactivate it just login in Instagram but after a few hours.
Now you works done ā˜ŗļø it's a long process but the easiest one.
