Introduction
We often talk about how much it's important to keep your heart, skin and body healthy but do we ever talk about how to keep your boss, out brain healthy.

A human brain is trillion times more powerful than the most powerful super computer created by humanity.
Our brain is responsible for multiple tasks such as coordination of body movement, problem solving ability and restoring memory, etc.

These processes requires a lot of energy. Our brain is around 2% of our body weight but it consumes 20 to 30% of energy we have in our body.
That's why keeping it healthy is an important task.

How To Keep Your Brain Healthy
There are the things and tips to focus on in order to keep your brain healthy.

1). Exercise:
Working out daily helps in boosting the blood flow to the brain, especially cardio.
Daily exercise for around 30min is enough.
Doing leg and lifting exercises are preferred.

2). Sleep:
Sleep helps your brain to rest and clear toxins out that can lead to Alzheimer's disease.
An average human need to sleep 7-8 hours at night for best results.

3). Learn Something New:
learning something new every time help our brain to make new connections which results in increased memory and problem solving ability.
Learn a new hobby or travel to other places.
These are the most beneficial things to do for your brain health.

4). Keep Your Heart Healthy:
Healthy heart result in healthy body and brain. New studies have found that if you have heart related problems then it can result in blood clotting in brain or even low blood quantity in brain can lead to tiredness and dizziness.

5). Socialize With Friends And Family:
Talking with others or making new friends reduce stress and release dopamine.

They may also prevent Neurodegenerative Disease and Alzheimer's disease.


4). Mint
There are Some claims that says, smelling aroma of this plants oil may improve memory, increase alertness, and decrease level of anxiety.


5). Beets
Nitrates increase the blood flow to the brain and beets are full of nitrates.
It may also improve cognitive function.

6). Nuts 
Some researches have found that nuts may enhance memory, and cognition.
Nuts if consumed on regular basis also strengthens the brain waves frequency.

Now we have learn how to keep your brain healthy but the most important is the sixth point your diet because your brain is 80% made up of fat and in which 50% is 
omega-3. 
Omega 3 can only be harnessed through diet, no other way around.
But thank god we now know the best foods for brain health.
You just have to keep your brain healthy and your body will become healthy as a result.
So keep your brain healthy otherwise you will become a stupid zombie.
