How To Not Feel Tired In The Day - Save Your Energy and Feel Energized - Kill Tiredness and Increase productivity

Introduction

Today I will show you how to not feel tired in a day and how to become more energetic and productive.

There are 6 steps for you to achieve greater energy levels from now and I will also help you to understand the importance of energy in humans and how we can conserve it with some pathetic jokes.

Now, energy levels in humans is equal to productivity the more energy you have the more you work and the more you'll feel energized and happy every single hour.


But why we feel tired in the day?
We feel tired in the day because of several outside reasons and several inside habits that have a negative effect or our energy levels.

Today we are going to discuss it
So let's get started,


1). Drink Less Coffee and Energy Drinks in the Day
If you want to feel super energetic in the day then coffee or energy drink is a great idea to give you a sudden boost to kickstart your day.

But everything has consequences researches happen on energy boosters like coffee or energy drinks show that after consumption they will give you a boost but if consume often then your body will start to rely on them for energy boost.

It will also affect the body's natural energy levels as they start to get distrupt because of the the less release of happy hormones  such as dopamine and serotonin when you over consume.


2). Sit Less
Now it sounds weird and completely out of topic but it's true researches shown that sitting on a same place for hours will result in tiredness.

It happens because when you sit for too long your body will start to enter in a low energy mode because sitting doesn't require more energy than standing.

Your body adapts its energy levels according to your posture and your mood too. Isn't it amazing 😍.

An average human in USA set for around 6.5 hours a day.

I think now you get the point why we feel tired after sitting too long.

The solution is pretty simple 'stand and work' ,sorry I was Joking😅.

The solution is to take some natural energy boosts between work by a little walking outside in the fresh air, talking to others, stretching or karate in the office🥋.


3). Sleep 8 hours a night not day
You have heard it a thousand times but completing your sleep at night is the best way to feel energetic. 

If you think sleeping 4 hours at night and 4 hours in day is equal to 8 hours and it's completely right then I'll tell you this is worse than sleeping 4 hours at night.

Because if you want to feel energetic in the day your night sleep should be complete and if you complete your sleep in the day then you will feel sleepy in the day, your productivity will decrease, your body will not function properly and you will develop some diseases too.

Write it on your brain sleep and rest is the superpower of humans, it improves your immune system, body function, energy levels and even it helps you to memorize things.

and as you know how much important it is to have a strong immune system and its ongoing pandemic world.
So, sleep


4). Stretch In The Morning
Waking up after a great sleep and stretching for the 5 to 10 minutes is enough to give you energy for the whole day's works and tasks.

Stretching increase the blood flow in the body and when done in the morning just after waking up it kills tiredness and help your brain to level the energy in your body according to the tasks. Amazing 👌


5). Use 90:10 Rule
90:10 Rule is used to increase productivity but it also kills tiredness.

Doing 90 minutes work and taking 10 minutes rest is used by many entrepreneurs and successful peoples even Mark Zuckerberg to increase productivity.

In the 10 minutes rest you can just walk a little, you can stretch, you can concentrate on your breath, 
you can wash your face with cold Water or you can pose like a boss in the washroom which helps you to feel confident and and in turn helps you to feel happy and energetic.


6). Include Iron In Your Diet
I don't want you to eat an Iron pillar. but you are what you eat and this is true in everything we do in a day.

If you include more iron in your daily meals then it will help your blood to circulate easily and properly which in turn helps your body organs to work fine.

But if you consume less iron then your muscles will feel weak, your brain slows down and does your energy levels will go down.

Because of the iron our blood gets its red colour if you eat less iron then your blood will turn green and you will become Hulk and someday you will be one of the avengers💪, just kidding.


Bottom Line
Human body is a super complex system of atoms, molecules, cells, tissues, neurones, organs and a computer which we call brain.

Human brain is so much powerful that if it was a computer then it will perform 10,000 trillion task per second.

But it needs energy to work that's why it's important to conserve and use our energy in the right direction.

Energy is not for wasting on TV, cat videos, or some stupid and useless friends.
It's for growing something you want from inside to outside.

So save your energy and use it,
WELL.
