Introduction
Remember Dragon Fruit = DF.
Dragon Fruit is a tropical climbing cactus.
It's now getting a huge amount of interest from many countries.
It also called Pitaya, Red Pitaya, Strawberry Pear, Condrella Plant, Night Blooming, Cereus, Belle Of The Night and many more.
It can be cultivated either in tropical aur subtropical parts such as Central and South America or southeast Asia.
The main producers of Dragon Fruit are Thailand and Vietnam. The DF is also used in sweets ice cream yoghurt pastries jellies, wines and jams.

it grows in many countries such as China, Israel, Spain, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Taiwan, Australia, Cambodia, Nicaragua, Philippines, Peru, Vietnam, and southwestern USA, etc.
But it was first introduced in Thailand in 1991.

130 kcal energy, 0.5 gram protein, 0.1 gram fat, 9.5 gram carbs, 5.5 gram glucose, 1.9 gram fructose, 0.3 gram crude fibre, 3.1 ā 6 mg calcium, 26.6mg magnesium, 3.3mg sodium, 399.5mg potassium, 0.4mg iron, and 19mg phosphorus.

This fruit contains 0.16-0.23 percent protein, 0.7 ā 0.9% fibre, it is 82.5 ā 83.0 % moisture and 0.21 - 0.61% fat.
