IntroductionOur heart is a complex internal organ in our body it's main work is to pump oxygenated blood throughout the body through blood vessels. It's an extraordinary machine.
Our heart has four chambers, The upper chamber are called left atrium and right atrium and the lower chambers are called left and right ventricle.
The contract in a steady rythm which is normally called heartbeat.
The main function of heart is to convert deoxygenated blood into oxygenated blood.
New we know that heart is an Important internal organ, we can't live without pumping of blood.
So why don't Keep your heart healthy.
In this blog we will first discuss what are the main reasons for developing a heart related problem and second how to keep your heart healthy.
What Causes Heart Related Problems
There are three main reasons that contributes in developing a heart related problem.
They are all interconnected.
So let's discuss
1). Lack Of Sleep
Lack of sleep is a real cause for heart disease. Lack of sleep not only increase the risk of heart disease but also slows down your brain which affect the brain function and problem solving ability.

2). Stress
Stress is rapidly becoming a pandemic in the world. 80% of disease are related to stress and yes, many of them are heart related problems.
Stress not only affect Your Heart function but it can also result in hair loss, cancer or any other disease related to digestive system. You just name it.
3). Smoking And Drinking
Last but not the least drinking and smoking is the reason for the above mentioned points.
Smoking and Drinking leads to lack of sleep, lack of sleep leads to stress and again stress leads to addictions.
It's a proper death cycle.

How To Keep Your Heart Healthy
There are solutions to you problem and they are very effective if you have a good will to save your heart.
1). Stop Smoking
Cigarettes contains toxic substances like tabacco and tar. These toxic substances can easily become a problem for your lungs, throat and obviously your heart by damaging the blood vessels and your arteries.
If you smoke then I advice you to please quit.
2). Exercise
Regular physical activity can work as a miracle to your heart. There's a research happened that suggest that if you can do 40 push ups continuously then there's a 90% less chance of you to develop a heart disease.
Daily cardio is also a great option. It helps the cardiovascular muscles to get stronger and also helps in keeping a steady beat of heart.
3). Avoid High Blood Pressure
High blood pressure is a rapidly stone problem that leads to heart related disease.
When blood pressure rises it forces the heart to beat at much faster rate and as a result your veins and arteries suffer.
4). Consume Less Sugar
Who don't like sweets? We all like sweets but not our heart.
Consuming high amount of sugar sometimes result in diabetes which affects the blood vessels, cardiovascular muscles and tissues of your heart.
So be conscious of what you are eating.
Eat what your body likes not what your tongue.
5). Avoid Junk Food
Junk food is like only energy source for many people around the world. People eat junk food because it gives them instant energy because of high amount of calories and saves time.
but does it save your heart, no. Junk food promote cholesterol, unhealthy fats unnecessary calorie consumption which result in obesity and heart problems.
6). Drink More Water
Yes water, it can save your heart from most of the toxic and unnecessary stuff you eat as well as fast food.
As our body is 70% water it can help your body in many ways like washing away the toxic in your body and in lowering the pressure on your heart.
Conclusion
Our body is a complex thing and our heart is the machine that pumps the fuel.
If your heart is not pumping good fuel in your body then how you are going to work.
Our heart and other internal organs can maintain themselves, they don't need any surgery or any special treatment.
Your internal organs just want you to develop some good habits that supports your outer and inner body.
You Just need to have a good diet and an active routine to support your internal organs and save them from diseases which can be harmful for your body.
