How To Win As An Imposter In Among Us

Introduction

Among Us is a very Popular game now it took hike in the lockdown when everyone was sitting at home.

This game becomes more interesting when you are playing as and impostor.

By becoming an imposter there are a lot of things that you can do to win.

You can kill or sabotage the system which gives a great advantage to impostors upon the crewmates. But with time players are becoming more and more experience and intelligent about this game.

Now days anyone can recognise you as an imposter while you were doing fake tasks or killing anybody because there is a lot of information about how to find impostors in Among Us.

To help impostors get out of this I am here to give you some psychological tricks which you can use in game and discussions to to confuse other members and save yourself and obviously win.

So here comes the first one,

Don't Fake Tasks

While everyone recommend to do fake task to win as an imposter.

It's actually completely useless because everyone knows about the taskbar and they can inspect you doing tasks.

Not faking tasks saves a lot of time and rather than faking task you should focus on increase your productivity as an imposter.

You can use this time to kill other people strategically and faking tasks is not an option anymore.

Behave Like A Leader In Discussions

Discussion start when someone founds a body somewhere or someone tap the button in middle of the table for any reason for no reason at all.

If it was you who killed the person then your best defence is to offence. By asking questions to other members about where they were? or who are suspects? In discussions is a great way to show your leadership and save yourself.

This will give an image of a leader in the game and nobody will suspect you as you are the one whose participating in discussions that much.

Sabotage As Much As You Can

Sabotaging is a great tool for imposters, whenever you get a chance to sabotage don't waste it, use it. 

Close doors, malfunction the system or the best thing is to malfunction lights which will give you a great viewing advantage upon humans (crewmates).

By sabotaging doors you can close someone with you in a room and then obviously hunt and vent.

Stay Silent When You Get Cought

Let's face it there is no way you can kill everybody and cannot get caught.

Someone at some time will always got you killing somebody.

At that time it's better to stay silent rather than giving points to save yourself or shouting no, no, no.. . When you get cought speak less, accuse others and speak like a noob and stupid player.

Stay In Sight Of Crewmates As Much As You Can.

Ok let me explain: suppose you are an imposter and the game starts and you to run in the starting and disappear from crewmates sight.

After that you saw an alone person, than you killed him and then someone reports the body. Now the discussion begins.

Now what will happens everybody will suspect you because you were out of sight and it will ultimately result in kissing space.

So stay in sight of crewmates to win their trust.

Kill Those First Who Accused You

By using the above five techniques you will probably kill someone and still save yourself and discussions.

But what about those who suspects you?

It doesn't matter what strategy you were using people always accuse each other and someone's finger also point at you.

And what you should do?

Answer is simple kill those who accuse  you because they will be the only one who will keep an eye on you and accuse you again.

So to lower the chances of you to get caught kill those detectives.

Conclusion

These were my best techniques that I have used for many months to win as an imposter.

You can also use them to become a pro imposter in Among Us.

Whenever I play Among Us I don't use general strategies to much I use psychological strategies to win.

I try to win in discussions, and winning in discussions always result in win in game.

So try to win in discussions rather than winning the game.
